Because we order from a variety of manufacturers, sizing varies from item to item. For a more accurate description we provide a measurement chart on each item's page. We measure each item (if applicable) bust, waist, length, inseam, rise etc. in inches.
Orders will be processed between 1-2 business days. For sales where there can be a higher quantity of orders, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, processing times can be increased to 3 business days.
We offer a Canada wide flat rate shipping cost of $10.00. There is FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100.00. (Shipping amounts are before tax)

All packages are sent via Purolator for physical addresses and Canada Post for PO Boxes.
We know sometimes returns will be necessary…but they’re expensive, time-consuming and no fun for anyone so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. by reaching out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or through Facebook or Instagram. We are here to make sure your shopping experience with us is perfect and don’t mind answering any questions. We want to meet your expectations and hopefully avoid returns.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed on or between November 4th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 9th 2022. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 9th (No Exceptions) Bundles and Doorbusters are final sale. All other return guidelines still apply. RETURN POLICY/PROCESS We only offer refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit will only be issued if your returns are postmarked 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. If you purchase an item for store pick up, the 14 days begins when your item becomes available for Pick Up in store. If you purchase during our warehouse hours or event, it will be 14 days from the date of purchase. If you request us to hold an order placed online and it delays the shipping date, the 14 days begins when your order is placed.
Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free.
SALE items, accessories and undergarments are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return, please ask us before you ship it back.
For your item to be eligible for returns it must:
be unworn, with tags attached.
be in the same condition that you received it.
be free of any odors, smoke smell, perfume.
be free of any makeup or deodorant stains.
not be an accessory, undergarment or sale item.
fit the timeframe
If your item meets the above criteria there is no need to notify us of the return. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. Returns received without supporting document may be delayed in receiving store credit.

STORE CREDIT is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued. We cannot combine store credits. Store credit never expires. Credit can be used online or in store. Credit can not be added to an order that has been placed. We do not offer refunds for orders.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are free of defects and carefully packaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise you have 3 days from the time your item is delivered to let us know of any quality issues with your item. Please email email@example.com ITEMS WORN OR WASHED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUNDED.
