Because we order from a variety of manufacturers, sizing varies from item to item. For a more accurate description we provide a measurement chart on each item's page. We measure each item (if applicable) bust, waist, length, inseam, rise etc. in inches.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume sales, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, processing times may extend to 3 business days.
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $10.00. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00 (before tax).
Shipping to the U.S. UPDATE
As of August 29, 2025, the $800 de minimis threshold for U.S. imports has been removed. Because of this change, we are temporarily pausing shipments to the USA while we work on finding the best and most cost-effective solution for our U.S. customers.
All packages are shipped via either Purolator or Canada Post, depending on the delivery address and shipping cost.
We only provide refunds in the form of store credit. To be eligible, your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
For store pickup orders, the 14-day period begins when your item is available for pickup. If you purchase an item during our warehouse hours or at an event, the 14-day window starts from the purchase date. If you request us to hold an online order, delaying the shipping date, the return period still begins on the original order date.
Holiday Return Policy
To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’ve extended our return window for the 2025 holiday season.
Extended Holiday Returns
Regular-priced items purchased between November 7th and December 24th, 2025 are eligible for returns until January 9th, 2026.
Important Details
All holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 9th, 2026 — no exceptions.
Only regular-priced merchandise qualifies for the extended holiday return period.
All other standard return guidelines continue to apply, including item condition and eligibility requirements.
Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please do not send back items that fall outside our return window or do not meet our return requirements, as we cannot ship them back free of charge.
Final Sale: All sale items, accessories, and undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All items purchased during a promotional sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Store credit is issued within five business days of receiving your return, and you will be notified via email once it has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping to ensure they are free of defects. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery regarding any quality issues.
