 Fit: A high waisted white denim short in the new Rigid Front Fabrication. Distressing in the front. Raw bottom hem. True to size but will have a more fitted waist band. 

What does that mean?  It means that the jeans have minimal stretch in the front with the stretch that you know and love in the back!  The rigid part of the jean works as tummy control! Yes, you read that right!  It holds everything in while still allowing you to move throughout the day! If you are used to the no stretch 100% Cotton feel give these a try!

Becky wears the XL. But can feel the difference in the waist. Tighter then a true Judy Blue. 

Emma wears the XS.

Because we order from a variety of manufacturers, sizing varies from item to item.  For a more accurate description we provide a measurement chart on each item's page.  We measure each item (if applicable) bust, waist, length, inseam, rise etc. in inches.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume sales, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, processing times may extend to 3 business days.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $10.00. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00 (before tax).

For U.S. orders, we offer flat-rate shipping for $15.00. FREE SHIPPING is available on orders over $150.00 (before tax).

All packages are shipped via either Purolator or Canada Post, depending on the delivery address and shipping cost. 

RETURNS
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, but they can be costly and time-consuming for everyone. To help ensure you’re happy with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out with any questions about sizing, length, material, or other details before ordering. RETURN POLICY/PROCESS

We only provide refunds in the form of store credit. To be eligible, your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.

For store pickup orders, the 14-day period begins when your item is available for pickup. If you purchase an item during our warehouse hours or at an event, the 14-day window starts from the purchase date. If you request us to hold an online order, delaying the shipping date, the return period still begins on the original order date.

Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please do not send back items that fall outside our return window or do not meet our return requirements, as we cannot ship them back free of charge.

Final Sale: All sale items, accessories, and undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  All items purchased during a promotional sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn with tags attached.
  • Be in its original condition as received.
  • Be free of odors, including smoke or perfume.
  • Have no stains from makeup or deodorant.
  • Not be an accessory, undergarment, sale item or item purchased during a promo sale.
  • Be returned within the required timeframe.
If your item meets the return criteria, there’s no need to notify us beforehand. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt with your return. Returns without supporting documents may experience delays in processing store credit.

Store credit is issued within five business days of receiving your return, and you will be notified via email once it has been processed.

  • Store credits cannot be combined.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store.
  • It cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.
  • We do not offer refunds for any orders.

     

     

    Defective or Damaged Merchandise

    All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping to ensure they are free of defects. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery regarding any quality issues.
